    Chef Dan has been creating fine cuisine for over 30 years. He has devoted most of his time to creating tasty dishes which American, Asian, Thai, Mexican and Indian influence. Many fine establishments have attempted to lock him down, but instead he decided to follow his dream and open up a food truck business of his own.
